Principle provides On-Site Construction Inspection services to reinforce quality electric infrastructure installation and safe job performance. Our quality control inspections provide an added level of assurance to assist the Owner in monitoring progress and identifying deviations from expectations. We have standardized, repeatable processes that facilitate consistent services.

Our Construction Inspectors (also known in the industry as Field Construction Coordinators) will:

• Validate constructability and maintainability of infrastructure during planning and engineering.
• Watch for long term maintenance concerns and cost prudency during design and construction.
• Provide full-time onsite oversight validating quality and conformance with plans and specifications. 
• Submit daily reports to accurately capture construction progress and quality.
• Support a safe work environment by overseeing contractor enforcement of all safety rules and OSHA regulations.

Our construction management services provide an added level of assurance to assist the Owner in monitoring construction, proactively identifying potential issues. We have standardized, repeatable processes that facilitate consistent services.

We will:

• Oversee multiple Construction Inspectors, if applicable, and assist the Owner in coordinating scope and schedule among multiple contractors.
• Validate constructability and maintainability of infrastructure during planning and engineering.
• Watch for long term maintenance concerns and cost prudency during design and construction.
• Provide on-site spot checks to identify quality deficiencies and associated corrective actions.
• Submit daily reports to accurately capture construction progress and quality.
• Support a safe work environment by overseeing contractor enforcement of all safety rules and OSHA regulations.
